It seems like everyone is doing a blog nowadays. I mean most of these blogs are crap and half of the things these bloggers say are pointless since no one cares about what they have to say. Your blog is just like the rest. I mean do you actually think people really read what you write? Do you really think people would actually take time off of their lives just to read what you think? Stop wasting your time with your so called journalism. All I see is a noob pretending to be a journalist.

Dear DG,

I decided to learn a new language. I only know English and I want to expand my language skills so I decided to take up Spanish. The problem is that I’m really slow learner when it comes to learning other languages and I get bored easily when I do it from the book. Are there any tips as to make this a lot easier and/or fun?

Dear Samantha,

Learning a new language can be a pain but the way you approach it makes all the difference in the world. Even though language classes have always taught students from the book, there are other ways you can learn and exercise your language skills as well. Talk to someone who is very fluent in the language you study. That way, not only are you practicing your language skills, but also you get used to how the words sound like. You can also listen to the music of the culture that you’re studying. By hearing music it’ll be a lot easier to pick up on sounds and words. Good luck learning a new language.

Dear Deb,

Since I am currently in school right now, when I’m not busy writing articles for the blog or for my school newspaper, I focus my attention on my clubs and classes. I like to play guitar and spend time with my friends. I always make sure I get to relax after a hard day from school so I always do my hobbies.
