I’m really excited that “Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part two” is gonna come out this year. I've already seen all the other Twilight movies and it’s so good. Can’t wait to see part 2. Are you a Twilight fan? If so, are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Dear Debra,
Honestly I couldn’t care much for Twilight since I don’t agree with how Stephanie Meyers portrays vampires as dateable sparkling beauties. If I had to choose a team, it will be Team Buffy since she can kick both Edward and Jacob’s butt.

Lately I’ve been having trouble sleeping and I don’t know why. I don’t eat or do any strenuous activity before I go to bed. I don’t know what to do.

Do you tend to be stress out before going to bed? Do you tend to have your mind wonder off to la la land and think about anything, everything? Make sure you clear your mind before you sleep. Prepare your body to be nice and relax. Drink something warm like hot coco. It helps to keep you at ease.
