Written by Avril Lavigne, "Alice" was on Alice and Wonderland's soundtrack, Almost Alice.

The single did good as it peaked on number 4 in Japan Hot 100 and on number 6 in Gaon International Chart.

Lavigne takes on Alice's perspective when it comes to being in wonderland. Lavigne sings about how Alice would feel being stuck in a world that's far from what the main character is used to seeing.

"I found myself in wonderland/get back on my feet again/is this real/is it pretend/I'll take a stand unto the end..."
Vocally, this song is full with emotion. Lavigne's singing helps make "Alice" a good pop/rock ballad. Lyrically Lavigne does a good job portraying Alice's emotions in being stuck in Wonderland. Taken in a first person perspective, it's almost as if Avril is similar to Alice in some ways since they both dealt with inner turmoil form their lives. Musically however, it's the usual Lavigne pop/rock melody that helps listeners to identify who song it belongs to.

This song gets a four out of five stars for great vocals, interesting lyrics and a good melody.
